It took a while for my wheels to ship because they were on backorder. While I realize that this is by no means the fault of Rolling Thunder, it would have been helpful and reassuring if someone had notified me to let me know the reason for the delay. Instead, I had to call/email to find out the status of my order.
Otherwise, great service. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.
