Riedell Shoes Inc. was founded in Red Wing, Minnesota more than 60 years ago by Paul and Sophie Riedell. They had one goal in mind – design and produce the finest quality skates available. Paul Riedell, a member of both the ice and roller skating Hall of Fame, also wanted to make skating available to everyone by creating comfortable and affordable skates. Riedell Shoes has continued to innovate products and hire only the most skilled and professional employees. Riedell skates are made in America with the same
quality and perfection that inspired Paul Riedell when he set out to
change roller (and ice) skating forever.
