Important notes: 1.) This process does reduce the diameter of the wheel by approximately 1mm and for this reason we do not recommend regrooving the same set of wheels more than twice. 2.) While our wheel regrooving may correct minor flat spots on your wheels, it is not designed to correct flat spots and we don't recommend or warrant this process for correcting flat spots. 3.) While our experience and attention to detail allows us to continue a phenomenal success rate higher than 99%, we cannot and do not offer any guarantee against wheel damage and offer no warranty of any kind on the finished, regrooved wheels. The failure rate we've seen is less than one set of wheels per hundred sets regrooved. (The only set of wheels we've not had success with in the past 4 years was due to the extreme age of the wheel (not manufactured for many years) and likely exposure to extreme environments causing the urethane to be very 'dry' and brittle.) 4.) Wheel regrooving is only available (or useful) for indoor roller skate wheels. 5.) Derby girls love the 'freshies' feel of regrooved wheels without the expense of buying 'freshies' for that upcoming bout!
